• Experience collaborating with stakeholders, including leadership and legal teams, to ensure effective HR operations. 
• Strong interpersonal skills to engage with line managers and employees while handling sensitive information. 

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Handle complex employee cases, including conflict resolution and performance management. 
• Manage the entire employee life cycle, from recruitment to offboarding. 
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless HR operations.
• Advise and support line managers and employees on all HR-related topics. 
• Develop and optimize HR processes for improved efficiency and effectiveness. 
• Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend improvement measures.
